Welcome to Oxford Moms and Tots, a local group designed to help moms meet other moms. Founded in 2010 by Jennifer Samuels, we share local family activities happening in our area and serve as a resource for moms in North Mississippi.  The group now has over 4,000 members including moms, dads, grandparents, and caregivers.
