Indoor Playdate at the Public Library
Each Tuesday in January, February, and March at 10:30am
The weather is cold, so join us inside for playtime! All preschool age kids and their parent or caregiver are invited. We will meet in the room on the left upstairs.
Square Books Jr. Storytime
Wednesdays at 10am
Join Ms. Jill for storytime and sing-along while she plays her guitar. There's also some fun toys for the kids to play with.
Note: This activity also takes place each Saturday at 10am.
Library Story Time
Fridays at 10am
Toddler time begins at 10am, followed by storytime at 10:30am.
Free Indoor Activity Fridays at OPC
Each Friday from 10am-noon
The Oxford Park Commission is offering a free activity day each Friday for boys and girls ages 1-5 in the beginner level gymnastics room. Parents must present a photo ID.
The Activity Center is located at the corner of Molly Barr Rd and Price St.

Easter Egg Hunt at the Public Library!

All invited to this Puppet Show and Egg Hunt. The puppet show is for all ages, but egg hunt is reserved for children under the age of 5.

Tour of Fire Station #1
Tuesday, April 21 at 10am
Come join us for a tour of the brand new fire station on McElroy Dr. The kids will learn briefly about fire safety, view the station, and see the trucks.

Mini Masters at the University Museum
Thursday, April 30 from 3:45-4:30pm
Be inspired to make art based on Museum artifacts and exhibits. These fun, drop-in workshops for toddlers and a parent/guardian are offered each month.
Cost: $5 per family for each drop-in session
Pre-registration is not required.
Bunco Mom's Night Out!

Join us for our monthly Bunco night. April bunco will meet at Summer's house.

Babies and Books: A Baby Book Club
Second Tuesday of the month at 10:30am

Babies and Books will meet monthly.The April meeting will be Tuesday, April 14th at 10:30am at the Public Library. The Baby Book Club is for and led by parents/ caregivers with babies who range from 6 months to 2 years old. We'll read books, learn songs, and play games that promote early literacy! After story time, there will be playtime for the little ones. Due to limited space, the first 10 who sign up are welcome to attend and pre-registration is required.

Guided Hike Through Faulkner's Woods
Thursday, April 9 at 10am*
Come take a walk with us through Faulkner's woods with guide Emily Lutken. We'll be learning about the world around us while enjoying the beauty of nature and getting a little exercise. Though we will be walking on a trail, be sure to wear close-toed shoes. Hope to see you there!

Monthly La Leche Meetings
This event takes place the last Thursday of each month at 10:30am at The Orchard Church (295 Hwy 7 N). This is a family-friendly gathering, so siblings and/or dads are welcome to come.
Art for Everyone is a free program available with your library card. Each family can check out a set of 2 tickets (once per year) to a local art event. Events include programs at the Ford Center, local theater, as well as some Ole Miss athletic events. Ask to see the available tickets at the library, and check back often since they are restocked.
